In the second of our talks for Lent Rev David Osborne explored how our Christian faith can relate to what and how we eat. David is a Member of the Iona Community, the former lead on environmental matters in the Diocese of Bath and Wells, and a writer. Love for the Future: a Journey is one of his books. He also enjoys walking, cycling, bird-watching, singing, eating, drinking and being a grandfather.

In our third talk for Lent, Dr Tim Davy asks how we should respond as church to the refugee crisis and the plight of unaccompanied minors. Tim leads Redcliffe’s research project, ‘Meeting the Needs of Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children in Gloucestershire: Enhancing the Response of the Local Church’.
